Let's meet the owner of Food Swingz
Food Swingz owner and culinary temptress, Ta-Tanisha "Ta-Ta" Snead, is an innovative Chef, writer and serial entreprenuer. Raised in a large family, she often found herself in their kitchen where a passion for food was born.
Transplanted to Louisiana more than eight years ago to hone her culinary skills, Chef Ta-Ta completed formal training at one of the South’s top culinary schools. She creates boldly flavored dishes, which are not only aesthetically pleasing but a treat to taste.
Since graduating from the Louisiana Culinary Institute in 2014, Chef Ta-Ta has shared her skill-set with many through her Catering and Meal Preparation Services, Pop -Up tastings, and community giveback.
Working alongside well-known Chefs such as John Folse and Dickie Brennon has allowed Chef Ta-Ta to showcase her Food Swingz brand. From classics to modern amazement, she creates dishes that match her unique style and personality.
When Chef Ta-Ta is not in the kitchen, she is creating new recipes and culinary products or giving back to the community through her VOW charity efforts.
